All transactions, payments (Mobile Money or Cash), and deliveries are negotiated directly between the buyer and the seller. Ishaka Market is not responsible for any losses, failed deliveries, or payment disputes.

• Users must not post illegal, stolen, or prohibited items.
• Respectful communication is required at all times.

4. Safety Tips

For your safety, we recommend:

• Meeting in public, well-lit places in Ishaka for exchanges.
• Inspecting the item thoroughly before making a payment.
• Verifying the identity of the person you are meeting.

5. Content Ownership

By uploading product images, sellers grant Ishaka Market the right to display that content to other users on the platform.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to remove products or ban users who violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
